For Sales Agents

• Monthly Residuals

  • $0.0025 of contract-agreed kW/h

  • Metered billing model @ $35 per kW (250 kW deals and below) and $0.06 per kWh

  • Above 250kW – individual case basis

  • Monthly payment upon receipt of customer payments

For Equipment Resellers

• Option 1 | Incorporate 2 years of hosting with the purchase price of equipment:

  • $85 per kW (Flexible with volume $75-$80 is floor price)

  • Example: S19 J Pro 104th @ 3.07 kW/month (3.07 x 24 months) x $85 kW = $6,262.80 

• Option 2 | Metered Billing:

  • $35 per kW hosting fee plus $0.06 per kWh
