Miners hire us for our consistent uptime guarantee of 99%. If their cryptocurrency mining machines aren’t up, then they aren’t making money. So they hire us to house their machines in our facilities that have substantial access to power, cooling and internet.*

With DC Mining, LLC, you’ll have remote visibility and access to your machine(s) once we’ve unboxed, and connected the power and internet. After that, all you have to do is contact us and we’ll provide any reboot/repair services that you may need.

*DC Mining is a colocation facility that hosts equipment that you send us. We do not sell equipment nor do we cloud mine.

Metered Billing

Only Pay for Power Based on Actual Meter Usage

As part of our commitment to transparency and trust, we bill similarly to the server hosting model which gives you the ability to turn your miners on and off at any time. This pivot, unheard of in the mining industry, is designed to make you more profitable. The benefits include:

  • Full control of when to run your miners vs. take a break which could help with your cash flow.

  • Avoid paying full price when machines are underperforming. Time is money works both ways so we guarantee we will give them attention quickly. Why pay for that brief time the miner is not giving 100%?

Immediate reduction in billing for miners that go completely down. It may be a quick fix or require the miner to be shipped out for repair/warranty claims. No more waiting for credits!

Rapid Miner Deployment

Three days is our promise. Ship your miners to us and we will have them up within three (3) business days. Units will be powered on and connected to our miner management software that you will then configure and connect to your pools. It’s that simple!

In the rare event we don’t have your miners online for you to configure within three (3) days, we will issue a credit for one free day of mining for every day we are behind.

Rapid Response

Machines break but it doesn’t have to slow you down! We provide urgent care‡ for your miners.

Hard Reboots

Hard reboots (a.k.a. power cycling) are used when the software reboot isn’t enough.

    1. Complete the warranty or repair process with the manufacturer.

    2. Send us the RMA or repair ticket to put with your miner along with a prepaid shipping label.

    3. We will have it shipped out within three (3) business days.

    1. Tell us what’s wrong with your worker.

    2. Send us the replacement part(s). Limited to fans, power supplies, hash boards and control boards. 

    3. We will replace the item(s) as per your direction and get the unit back online within three (3) business days of receiving the replacement parts.
